      Energia de Startup é ótima, há uma crescente atuação das pessoas técnicas e a empresa tenta se renovar sempre. Salários mais altos que o mercado, com bonus dependendo do cargo e possibilidades de ter opções.

      Cons

      Mentalidade às vezes muito direcionada por achismos, area técnica tem voz, mas ainda tem muito a crescer. Há pontos de atenção com desorgaização, mas vejo uma preocupação em tentar resolvê-los.
