It is a toss of a coin where can you end working in, if it’s a bad ship (not rich people) you are screwed, it’s comission based, the prices of the spa are crazy. You spend the whole day at the spa standing there for nothing and the manager and company is gonna pressure you like no tomorrow. If you don’t make money they wont even respond your mails/whatsapp/phone and if you resign you have to pay for your flights. If you make target they will pressure you either way (for them is never enough) but at least you will be heard if something happens, if not you are just a number and you’ll be ignored. No teamwork, everyone is very selfish, you have to clean your treatment room, your shared cabin. Even the money is good you need to work a lot. Very mentally and physically draining, IT’S NOT WORTH IT If you want to travel the world apply for another position onboard

Manipulation is a key word in their policies, approach and treatment of the employees. I have never been treated worse and without any value and respect in my whole life. This company should be banned to operate. They use people, treat them like slaves from hundred years ago and as an almost free work force. You’ll be promised eeeverything but provided minimum.
