Pros

Work timings are pretty much flexible.

Cons

The level of balance totally depends on the Team but the Team management is very bad and work hours also stretch a lot due to teams being understaffed and team leads being not skilled technically.

Pros

Good company must apply here.

Cons

Very queuing and you'll be handling all the members concerns in terms of coverage, enrollment, disenrollment, billing, claims, authorizations, and so much more haha.

Pros

Pay and benefits weren't horrible. Was offered severance. Direct supervisor was awesome.

Cons

I, along with my entire team, was laid off after over 5 years of grueling work with terrible EHR/IT support. Promises were made. Promises were broken.
