Your job will never be safe

Pros

I worked with some great people, which is the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one. Serving patients is meaningful if you're a position to actually do that and see the impact of your work. Team members and some leaders are great.

Cons

Employees are pawns. Downsizing happens the third Thursday of most months and employee cost is seen as the quickest and easiest way to reduce spending. You might be let go in a virtual meeting by a stranger after many years of service. Health insurance also sucks.

Pros

This job is full remote which gives me a lot of flexibility on work/life balance.

Cons

Compared toother companies, I think the salary is more on the lower end.

Pros

Use of epic, good amt of PTO accrual

Cons

Recent layoffs increasing burden on lose of us who are left, expectation to see 21 patients, unattainable bonus structure for advanced practice clinicians, having to frequently chart at home due to patient load and overfill inbox. There has been a lot of bad press in regard to fraud, this makes being employed here uncomfortable at times.
