Pros

Low expectations. Remote. Flexible hours, just pick which 60/week you want.

Cons

Rotating management keeps you from any kind of traction. Each project is more disorganized and urgent than the last. Never ending migrations and re-platforming means you never have to innovate or work on anything ground breaking again. It's owned by THE insurance company in the Fortune Five. They didn't get that by giving raises and servicing every patient's claim.
