Pros

Strong exposure to US healthcare processes and medical record review. Supportive team environment with structured workflows and good learning opportunities for freshers and healthcare professionals.

Cons

Work can become repetitive over time and growth opportunities may feel limited in some roles. Workload can increase during peak periods with tight deadlines.

Pros

The actual workflow and workloads were pretty low and easy to manage. And taking time off never appeared to be an issue. They have a great MyLearning Platform you can take advantage of for training yourself for certification.

Cons

With that being said above however, it's a very self-service and learning environment when it comes to jobs function and corporate systems. They are taking the AI route going forward, and job roles are being removed. Job security is very flakey. And if you aren't holding certain relative certs, it's going to rough landing work as it's very competitive. I was recently laid off due to this.
