      - I get to WFH. - My coworkers

      Cons

      - Management. They absolutely, under NO circumstances, listen. They do not problem solve thus leaving us to figure things out on our own. - The pay is a tragedy. - Very little opportunity to advance - Internal jobs are posted but they rarely hire - We are expected to be doormats and whipping boards for patients. - They make major changes out of nowhere -You get 5H of PTO every payday

      Lunch and salary might seem like pros but in reality, they are not worth the bureaucracy

      Cons

      Everything is. Cold hearted management especially the Analytics org. No importance to quality, people with zero skills at the top, micromanagement, dictatorship, not valuing or respecting people, the list can go on. Most people can’t spell culture.
