The company goes on a lot about their culture, however, they serious lack compassion (one of their cultures). Don't consider the individual needs, especially in relation to mental and will throw employees away. You're just consider a number and will be replaced as such.

Nearly impossible to network due to the number of employees. Right now there are almost no openings, so competition is awful. Benefits aren't that great for a health insurance company. When you resign, all PTO is immediately frozen (even pre-approved) and none is paid out on leaving. Bonuses and raises are partly on merit but are also allocated in tiers. So if you do a good job, but are determined to be in the middle third, your raise and bonus will be lower than top tier. Even if you're a top performer, management is required to divide their team into the 3 tiers, so excellent performers can end up with poor raises.
