      Cons

      Unlimited Powers for managers. They give hike to their favorite , sometime twice a month and cut you RRP(Bonus, which is part of your salary) , without giving any proper reason They rate without knowing what you are doing , No leadership will ask him any question of how manager spoiled the rating of employee and they claim to be in fortune list

      Zero learning curve No challanges, don't start your career with this company. If you're joining this company for entry level then most probably you don't have that much knowledge in computer engineering and problem solving and you don't want a challenging work environment. Increments are very less unless you're from top tier colleges like IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT
