      Pros

      Pay is good. When you have a good manager, it makes the excessive documentation manageable.

      Cons

      Ingrid Tatum in the Illinois market is dishonest, manipulative and has extreme narcissistic ways. It is impossible to have an opinion or a different view. I was only able to stay 6 months after she became manager after 5 1/2 years of employment. At this time, 99% of NP's have left.
