If you work on the tech side there is a lot of learning opportunity and growth

1. Optum's consulting division is what some may call body shop. 2. You are treated like a disposable resource and can get staffed to any project regardless of your interests, experience and education. 3. Highly inexperienced managers with very little experience or knowledge. 4. Do not work in the consulting organization!
