      -Central location -Coffee station -Fruits for breakfast -Work life balance, 9-5 environment. -Solid business

      -No work from home -Micro management -Red tape, massive organisation where almost nothing get done before you meet with 10 different groups 10 times. -Inflexible -Scrap all technologies in the job post, its excel 1st culture. -Tech novice org. -High expectations with no resources provided. -Lots of talk no action, its theory not practical implementation that will get you promoted.
