      There was a lot of folks with many years of experience on my team and they were dedicated to producing a quality software produce each release.

      Its a part of United Health Group and your area must enforce the rules of a giant employer, whether or not they fit the needs of your group. Lots of upper management changes. Our department had different management every 18 months to 2 years. This makes it difficult to do employee surveys that result in real changes for the department.
