      Senior Leader tries very hard to improve cross functional team dynamics. Great work-life balance. Ability to work remotely part or full time. Teams are good at giving recognitions when deserved. Department continuously growing.

      Cons

      Cross-functional team communication is not efficient. Staff from other teams try to step into the roll of your supervisor.
