      Great providers who genuinely care about patient. Too much pressure not to hospitalize.

      Good place to start out as a new grad. Great people to work and learn with. Good pay.

      Cons

      Poor local management. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Too much pressure to not hospitalize patients. This job is high stress, management sets impossible goals and deadlines, sets you up for failure, and do not value their employees.
