      Pros

      Best environment for an employee starting his career. The colleagues are so helpful and mentor you in every possible way. The work is challenging at the same time a pleasure to work in if you are looking for a job in the health care industry

      Cons

      Only problem I felt is that you need to be in the country for three years to get access to the Company data. this is a governement regulation and thus i wouldnt exaclty say its the company's fault.

      Buyout by Optum is the nail in your coffin

      Pros

      Was better as a small business. Optum is changing all of that by promoting mistrust, underhandedness, and hidden agendas.

      Cons

      No communication from the top, poor management support, poor to no HR support, racism, favortism, sexism. Acquisition by Optum has made things go from bad to worse. Morale is shot.
