Pros

Fast paced work environment.

Cons

Large employer. Lack of communication. Can only carry over 40 hours of PTO from one year to the next (and you don’t get paid for what you don’t use).

Pros

When they took over our Quest Diagnostics we were able to keep our year employed with them instead of having to start at ground one. ____________________________________________________________________________ They do have a central hub where they have lots of informational videos and articles about the company.

Cons

The pay is not comparable to other corporate companies in the area. ____________________________________________________________________________ They micromanage down to the last second. ____________________________________________________________________________ I hope you don't like hour lunches. It's a mandatory two breaks a day and one 30 min lunch. ____________________________________________________________________________ The benefits are horrible considering we use UHC as our insurance. High deductibles and co-insurance.

Pros

The only pro about this company is internal service being offered by transport and incident resolution team , who perform their task diligently and deserve appreciation

Cons

List is endless : 1. Heavy micromanagement in analytics and data science team. 2. Lot of politics 3. Internal favoritism [those who boot-lick managers receive special perks] 4. Almost null learning opportunities 5 . No visibility at all. 6. Incompetent line managers [ who claim to possess 16+ years of experience, but don't even know the basic delivery & technical concepts] 7. No project /deliverable road map 8. Be ready to see your hard work & deliverable credits stolen by your so called "career counselor" alias your line manager I can go on listing the cons, but frankly the list is endless , and this explains their high attrition rate . For those who plan/wish to join this so called "fortune 6" organization , be ready to look for other opportunities from day 01 onward , as soon you will run out of motivation to even come to office , leave about performance
