Pros

Great benefits, but that's not the full package. Support organisation allowed/encouraged working from home, which suited me well. Fortunately had good manager who I enjoyed working with but I would have left a lot earlier otherwise

Cons

Monolithic company so you are one of a number. Constant striving to reduce costs and employ in low cost locations. Never felt that the company cared about individuals, and salary reviews were tiny to zero for many Support employees for many years.

- Middle management not empowered to make any decisions - Process overload (there is a process that can slow everything down)
