      - Work with the best, smartest and most experienced - Plenty of knowledge resources, infrastructure and processes to get the job done - You can switch off when you leave work, so you can have a high quality of life if you are flexible enough

      Cons

      - Oracle does not pursue to lead the market through excellence but by profit and size, fair enough but it would be nice if... - Internal tools always catching up with the business - Wages and benefits are not as high as could be for the industry, hart to retain top talent.
