Salary and bonus are very good.
Cons
The company stands for diversity and inclusion, for work-life balance, mental health... but on a daily basis, none of those things are relevant for them. Depending on your team, people call you any time, during the nights, the weekends and the management expect you to work 24x7. They say you don't deliver value here, you just solve problems.
