      Multinational company, Several types of network devices (Cisco, f5, Oracle, etc.) and technologies: good to learn through work. Health care, some benefits. Colleagues. Free fruit, beverages.

      Cons

      No salary increase (might only if you try to leave the company). No bonus. No real recognition, only a pat on the back or an e-mail. No real learning possibilities. Nothing makes you give 100%.
