Pros
Big company, good salary way above the market's average, good bonuses, decent solutions, leaders in their field.
Cons
A not very professional way to treat employees, expensive solutions, colleagues seeing each other competitively and sometimes unwilling to help a new employee, the new home office model doesn't always work smoothly, and there is room for improvement, the communication between the different departments is slow and sometimes not practical.
