      Compensation, benefits, a large number of products and solutions.

      Cons

      Culture, people relationships, organization. Terrible company culture in Brasil. The Sales top leaders don't care about the employees. Constant fights and discussions about the deals. It's struggling with the Cloud. It's not considered a Cloud leader.
