Pros
A lot of deals with a strong focus on customer goals and objectives, a lot of energy from Sales teams to make things happen. HR was the most active I have seen in many multinational companies (IBM, Microsoft, Dell), with a lot of actions and programs for employees well being.
Cons
Oracle was slowly losing its leadership in Enterprise Business to Cloud companies such as AWS and Microsoft. High executives didn't accept that, and though that every deal lost because Oracle absolutely had no product in the Cloud to compete was a salesperson or technical specialist failure.
