Pros

$100 comp at any OSI concept (Fleming's, Roy's, Outback, Bonefish, Carrabba's); a great marketing team to drive sales; still probably the best steak in casual dining.

Cons

The food quality continues to decline; "No Rules Just Right" to the customer now means "If I'm not happy, what do I get for free?"; the Managing Partner position is now simply a GM with a buy-in; there is no culture, just the bottom-line; endless quantities of excel reports to be entered daily; micromanaging to the extreme; no more company parties, now just a low-budget company "luncheon" that no one attends; performance is measured with illogical methods of accuracy; 20 years behind the industry in technology.
