Pros

good career builder for everyone working in Outback. For the most part all in all good hours except for hostess and bussers. I would recomend being a server cause it pays more and anything in the back of the house and bartender gets payed more as well

Cons

Heavy lifting if your a busser . The pay is not good some nights. You don't get long hours.

Pros

The people are really great. I met a lot of great people who work there, and to this day I still talk to them.

Cons

The pay is aweful. 3.13/hr + tip share if you are hosting. 2.13/hr + tip share if you are serving. The also don't have good working hours, or they don't give you enough hours to work.
