Cons

Minimum work hours needed for benefits and they just took away dental coverage Paid less than Minimum Wage when you are eligible for benefits (It doesn't matter if you don't accept benefit package) Not enough hours for full-timers unless your management Management is underpaid for the amount of work they do (50 to 60 hrs a week on salary) Tips can be bad

Pros

We sell awesome food. Customers LOVE Outback and many come in several times a month if not several times a week. This outback is always busy and open year round so it is a more stable job than other Ocean City restaurants.

Cons

Late hours, traffic in the summer, Tips are not always consistent, some specific tourist categories are horrible tippers.

Pros

Flexible hours, late hours which is good if you're a night owl, decent tips, good food, drinks, and fair atmosphere. It is a chain, so there are always new gimmicks and promotions going on, so that could be good or bad, depending on how you're motivated.

Cons

Most of the staff becomes backwards in their schedule, where they're up all night and sleep most of the morning. If you don't balance it well, you'll end up constantly exhausted. It's definitely not for a family man. Somehow, there were several working moms there, but I don't see how they did it. My hat's off to them.
