sidework and silverware. if you can't let stress roll off or if you are to sensitive then NO restaurant is a match for you. What you put in is what you get out. You will work holidays and weekends belong to Outback. You need to decide if you want to work or just hang out. opportunity for advancement, especially women( thanks to a class action suit).
