Pros

Meal discounts. Company keeps up on food and drink trends. The menu is easy to execute for the most part

Cons

Managing Partners are either I'm the office or ducking out early. Which leaves the managers working long shifts 12 plus hours a day.

Pros

Great experience and growing tool. I enjoyed meeting new future friends. The years I spent there taught me much. They should allow more employment advancing opportunities for current workers.

Cons

No employment advancing programs. The moral was low, because employees felt stuck and bypassed, by favoritism. Also angry work environment because of the above mentioned issues
