Pros

After what is expected during the storm, I no longer have anything good to say

Cons

I just want to say how disappointed it am in this company. The company is making managers sleep in restaurants or if they're lucky, nearby hotels, just to keep restaurants open through the blizzard. (These decisions are probably made by some execs sitting around in states not getting hit by the blizzard.). So while the rest of the area is concerned for people's safety, DC, Md, and Va on state of emergency, and the National Guard is on call, company is more concerned about making money. Managers told that even with employees not being able to come in, they must AND they can cook and serve to go food at least?!?! Keep managers away from their families. Risk their safety. Why? To make a buck from the idiots that do venture out?! Even when not bad weather, the company expects long hours and work on days off!
