      I can't think of any. Incompetence and arrogance are rife in the organisation.

      When a company is managed without an HR function for more than 3 years, no wonder employees are treated like dirt.

      Innovative company with some great people and a great product.

      Cons

      Lack of direction and clarity of purpose from the top, a lack of honesty with employees and a lack of organisation and focus is slowly killing this brand off.
