      Great people and culture but scary management was the reason I left

      Pros

      Good food. Awesome coworkers. Annual Christmas party in Vegas for all employees.

      Cons

      Management care more about profits than people. Lots of negligence about unprofessional and unethical misconduct by terrible managers as long as the revenue charts look good.

      Pros

      Very talented group of engineers. Some of the most intelligent people I have ever met, let alone worked with. Each department has a level of high respect for the others area of expertise. Solutions are driven by the business, management has improved a ton.

      Cons

      long hours, and occasional burnout. All the employees and even the managers, directors etc push themselves so hard every day that fatigue is in the air all the time.
