Pros

I was provided everything I needed during our start of working from home. Nice food and gifts sent to you on a regular basis. The benefits are fantastic. All my insurance is paid for by the company.

Cons

Every week seems like a struggle to get games out on the release dates. Management schedules multiple new releases in the same week which causes confusion and frustration. The pay is slightly below average for my position. I didn't believe the nepotism reviews until I started working here. They are very true and makes me feel strange sometimes when I have complaints. I've seen about 15 people quit since I started early last year in 2020. Not sure if that is a canary in the coal mine situation.

Pros

Great place, the team is always working to help each other. Yes, there are things that can be better but management is doing a good job working towards fixing them.

Cons

Normal game company struggles, some last min churn, WFH challenges to make sure everyone feels like we are together. Good effort to help. Just a challenge all companies are dealing with at the moment.

Pros

PLAYSTUDIOS provided excellent health care, great unlimited PTO policy, incredible company parties, maintained a fun company culture with generous perks and benefits. The team I worked with was a driven, passionate, hungry, young team. It was exciting to see our products resonate with players in real time. The senior leadership was supportive and engaged. They regularly orchestrated and participated in numerous rewarding charitable endeavors.

Cons

Understandably, it was difficult to get new or innovative ideas green lit due to the unknowns and the risks involved. The product I primarily worked with maintained a fairly conservative and safe approach - potentially stifling innovations and effecting creative fulfillment.
