Over my 4+ years of working at PLAYSTUDIOS I have been infatuated with the company from at all levels. Employee camaraderie is unmatched in our industry. Management truly cares for its employees as people rather than just as workers. The CEO and Executive Staff are very open when it comes to the company's health and market position. When they have to make difficult decisions they hold all staff meetings to talk through their thought process rather than being surprised by and email. Our CEO even comes to each office and holds Q&A sessions, quarterly, to check on the health of the office culture. Who does that? All offices worldwide are some of the most pristine, well-kept game studios I've ever seen. We are always stocked with amazing snacks, free lunches twice a week, happy hours and not to mention a holiday Party in Las Vegas every year! I would recommend this company to anyone who loves game development and likes to have fun while doing it. If you are driven and passionate about what you do, management will give you the tools to succeed in your career. They have amazing growth tracks for all skill levels.
