Good people, good company, growing pains

The company spares no expense to ensure that employees feel taken care of and supported, especially in recent uncertain times. The senior executives are very visible and approachable - there is a culture of openness that is not often found in the industry.

Cons

Growing pains associated with expanding studio capacities and expectations, constant state of change (both good and bad)

We believe change is good and necessary for meaningful growth. We try to temper the introduction of changes by providing context, but sometimes that's not possible due to timing or if got lost in the shuffle. When that happens, don't be afraid to use your voice to ask questions to help you understand what's happening.or make suggestions for a different path forward.
