Pros

Experience working on international development projects.

Cons

Poor salaries, promotions for in-county employees, no equity across the company - benefits and treatments are mostly dished out based on who you are close, race and not based on your contribution to the company or performance. Company encourages bullying and harassment and racism.

Pros

Great learning experience in international development and how USAID contracts work.

Cons

-You work for amazing missions/programs at little pay and can't receive the benefit of working towards the government student loan forgiveness program since they are a for profit. The government's 10 year student loan forgiveness program is for those who work for non-profits/government sector for 10 years, and sadly your time at Palladium will not count towards those 10 years since they are not classified as a non-profit (despite how low they pay).
