Business Outlook
Pros
A lot of autonomy and flexibility for employees, travel opportunities. If you like operations and project management it is a good place to work. If you are interested in technical development work it is not.
Cons
Very low pay for the amount of hours you are expected to spend on bids, and to travel for projects. In my 2 years at the company I did not have a single professional training/ learning opportunity. You are expected to learn project management on the job. Promotions seem to be random. Constant changes of company and team structures and no inspiring leadership.
