Company will preach they are about impact, but they are about profits (hard to avoid when you are a for-profit company). If they were about impact, the projects pursued would be different and varied beyond USAID-only (since USAID is one of the only funders where Palladium's egregious indirect costs are acceptable). Leadership will say they are "working on dealing with" high-level employees who continuously abuse/gaslight their mainly female team members, but they actually are not, since people who bring in business but abuse employees are prioritized over the health and sanity of said employees. Company's systems are archaic and disorganized, processes are not transparent and you won't even know who to ask if you have any questions anyway. Most US-based staff show little respect for field country offices and staff which creates an uncomfortable work environment. Company also says they care about equity, however "equity" is defined by Palladium and does not align with the actual concept of equity, and there is no path for recourse if you feel you are being compensated inequitably.

Company was going through a number of transitions during my time there.
