Pros

I had the chance to work on a number of projects during my time. It was always changing so the chance to do different work was great. Health insurance was awesome.

Cons

Lots of bureaucracy and little chance to grow. The teams are entrenched and if you didn’t get along with your manager, there was a chance you would not progress in your career.
