-they pay entry level employees a low salary, not competitive at all -management is terrible -high turnover - no diversity - no career development

Pros

Really good work life balance, They give you more leaves if you work in weekend/national holiday. Most staff leaves at 5:30. Work do not stress you out.

Cons

A little slow. You have to prepare a lot for an Idea to be considered, due to the program using government money. Lot of negativity in the working place. Not much to learn as it is slow moving agriculture sector.
