Pros
Has very many opportunities for growth, if you know what you want for yourself. Gives you the flexibility to try out new ideas, and truly make an impact in your work. Is not hierarchical, communication is possible even with the highest of people in the organisation. What matters is the work that is there to be done. A culture of teamwork and collaboration has been put in place, and the energy is amazing. Little to no micro management. They chose you to do the work, and are confident that you will do it until proven otherwise.
Cons
Company Politics, but that is normal for every organisation on earth, especially large scale ones. Work-Life balance can be a bit of a challenge sometimes
