Pros

USAID experience which you can use to leave for a real ID company

Cons

Very toxic culture, systems are a mess, leadership runs it more like a financial venture then a development company, and everything in general is poorly run. I would never return to this company.

Pros

1. No upper cap on variable pay - based on commission per sale.

Cons

1. No fixed/base pay 2. Career growth depends on the more people you can train and retain in the organization. 3. Weekly pay scheme - works like a trap for freshers.

Pros

- Interesting work - Enjoyable coworkers - Ability to learn new tasks - Travel

Cons

- Lack of transparency and integrity - Leadership cares most about money and external appearance - The organization wins bid without the ability to implement and execute project objectives - Lack of communication from leadership. Leadership never seeks input from the staff that are effected by policies or systems - Constant restructuring that leaves staff unable to understand how they can grow within the organization - Back of house, HR, FM, C&C, AP teams understaffed and overworked
