Pros

Employees care deeply about the work they're doing, and most people working here are passionate, intelligent, and kind.

Cons

Inefficient and inadequate systems and processes in the company after multiple acquisitions. Non- existent knowledge management and under-staffed/ incompetent HR. Management doesn't respect or value its people, which may be one of the factors leading to high turnover. Below market remuneration and benefits for employees. All white men in senior leadership with no plans to change this.

Leadership never seeks input from the staff that are effected by policies or systems - Constant restructuring that leaves staff unable to understand how they can grow within the organization - Back of house, HR, FM, C&C, AP teams understaffed and overworked
