Discombobulated upper management in the US, even worse globally. Number of sycophants nodding their heads in agreement to upper management's nonsensical banter and lack of strategic thinking because they cannot cut it in the real world. You had better know how to play the office politics game if you come work here, otherwise you may just want to turn down the offer. The Corporate definition of Agile is not seen anywhere else. Agile = throw stuff at the wall and see what sticks, think about consequences later.

Cons

Senior Management care only for profit. Lack of company culture, made worse with semi-regular waves of redundancies. Expect to work over weekends and holidays and do not expect this to be recognised or made up for.

Very poor management in DC office. Employees in certain departments are overworked and underappreciated. The work culture is amicable on the surface, but very toxic underneath. The open office layout becomes exhausting as there are many distractions and there is no privacy,
