Pros
Many of my coworkers were very intelligent and cared deeply about their work. I learned a great deal from them.
Cons
I was appalled by the deep political infighting openly displayed by leadership. Not only did it create an uncomfortable environment for employees, it created absolute gridlock where it was impossible to make even basic, keep-the-lights-on decisions. No one could agree on who had responsibility for what, and it got even worse after the Palladium-GRM merger and rebrand last year. Also, for a company that supposedly values diversity, there are pitifully few women and people of color in upper management.
