Not a great place to work

Pros

Their website says that they are a "positive impact company" and you will think that you are changing the world but don't be fooled. You are only helping the company make money so the CEO can buy more fancy cars and houses.

Cons

The leadership and management do not get along at all. Employee morale is low and everyone is leaving or looking to leave. The employees that are left behind are abused by management. Management talks a lot about appreciating their staff and how diversity is important but it's all a show. If you are not a white male then you will not do well in this company.
