Very smart and capable team members, with a very goo support system amongst staff. They historically have done lots of interesting innovative work at the nexus of development and private sector engagement.

Cons

HR systems and systems generally are lacking for an organization of this size. There have been many mergers and acquisitions over the years that have led to issues with systems, conflicting mandates, etc. Within individual teams and practice areas the work is exciting and collaborative with great support, but broader systems can be challenging.
