      You get out what you put in at Palladium. Work hard and enthusiastically, deliver high-quality work, build relationships, and you'll have so many opportunities for professional growth. The kind, smart, and dedicated people that work here are truly Palladium's biggest asset.

      Cons

      Highly bureaucratic, but that comes with the territory. Very demanding workloads certain times of the year. Some politics to navigate.
