Pros

Great learning experience in international development and how USAID contracts work.

Cons

-You work for amazing missions/programs at little pay and can't receive the benefit of working towards the government student loan forgiveness program since they are a for profit. The government's 10 year student loan forgiveness program is for those who work for non-profits/government sector for 10 years, and sadly your time at Palladium will not count towards those 10 years since they are not classified as a non-profit (despite how low they pay).

Pros

Palladium has a Comfy environment

Cons

High turnover because of no work life balance and the fact that none of the employees have been promoted in the past 3 years. Little to no future unless you bring them a high paying client. Company tries to save costs as much as possible even if it as the employee’s expense. They would end people’s contracts even if they’re in dire need of them.
