Palladium has a wide variety of international development projects and employees are able to move between different projects relatively easily. The company has talented and smart folks.

Cons

The company can feel corporate, they have not maintained the mission driven ethos. There is also the usual bureaucratic hurdles of working on USAID funded projects.
